J. Roshni never imagined that she would write books. Instead, she dreamed of solving mysteries, traveling to faraway lands, and saving the world. However, being a hero proved to be quite tricky. So she decided to write about heroes—heroes who came in all shapes and sizes.

The Hedgehog Trail series formed in her head during an underground cave trek. The small animals she saw in that unlikely setting had their own stories, which became a series of three books.

J. Roshni is a citizen of India and a current resident of the Netherlands. A graduate of Communicative English and a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India, she once worked as an Insurance Loss Assessor (while imagining she was a crime investigator.)

    My son loved this book. He loved the series and was left hoping for more stories of the same. He is 9 and I think it is a lovely story for kids without it being too childish or too grown up. Please write some more stories about Heed the hedgehog.
